About the Hotel
| Every inch a fairytale castle, pretty St Mawes clings to the rocks in one of Cornwall’s most idyllic and romantic locations high above the shimmering sea.
With wonderful ocean views and with waves lapping the shoreline below, this lovely Tudor castle quite simply offers picture-book perfection for wedding ceremonies and receptions. Built by King Henry VIII in 1545, the clover-leaf shaped castle offers a choice of indoor and ‘al fresco’ areas for both ceremonies and receptions and a marquee site for larger occasions. |
